Stop Sign Man
My son came up with this concept. Somewhere in his toddler mind he invented Stop Sign Man as a way of stopping people from
approaching him. If I was walking toward him to, say, tickle him, and he did not want to be tickled, he would hold his hand in front him, palm out, and yell, "STOP SIGN MAN!" Eventually, he began asking Paula and me to tell him stories about Stop Sign Man fighting pirates, dragons, and so on. This story first appeared in my book, Inept: Impaired: Overwhelmed.
